2009 Dates to Remember
Please keep in mind the following important dates as you prepare to study abroad:
| April 15 | Application submission deadline |
| April 22 | $300 initial deposit due* |
| May 1 | $700 remaining deposit due |
| May 15 | Cancellation with refund** |
| May 15 | Full program balance due |
| May 29 | Passports due for Vietnam program participants |
| June 3 | Pre-Departure Orientation*** |
*Please note that you cannot make your initial $300 deposit through GROWL until April 17 - 22nd.
**All cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to May 6th to receive a refund, less a $300 application fee.
***The Pre-Departure Orientation will take place on June 3rd. More information on this orientation will follow by e-mail and on this website. Students who are not local to the UCR campus do not need to make a special trip to attend this orientation. Information provided will be forwarded to students not in attendance.
