UC Riverside undergraduate students may request financial assistance by checking the appropriate box on the application. The Travel Study Office will forward the request to the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility. Students will be notified of any Financial Aid award as soon as this information is available.
Aid available to undergraduate students
" Federal Pell Grants (with qualifying expected family contribution)
" UC Riverside Grants for students with grant need
" Federal Direct PLUS Loans for dependent students
The UCR Summer Sessions will be offering financial assistance again this year to UCR undergraduate students who are eligible for aid from the financial aid office. The amount of aid is dependent on the amount awarded by the Financial Aid Office.
Other UC campus applicants will need to request financial assistance from their home campus. These students must adhere to the payment deadlines by paying UC Riverside directly and receiving reimbursement from their home campus Financial Aid Office.
