Each program's fee structure is based on housing expenses, amenities, and excursions. Airfare, textbooks, incidental expenses, and some meals are not included.

* Additional applications will be considered after this deadline if there are spaces available and only for a limited period of time after the deadline.
** Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to May 15th to receive a refund, less the $300 application fee.
Summer Sessions Scholarship Fund - TBA
Seung Family Scholarship Fund - The Seung Family Scholarship Fund is generously offered to the UCR Summer Sessions Travel Study program each year to assist UC Riverside students who are interested in an international experience. Individual scholarships are awarded to students who meet the eligibility criteria and submit two copies of a one-page, typed statement of purpose. The deadline to apply for these $1,000 scholarships is May 1, 2009.
UC Riverside undergraduate students may request financial assistance by checking the appropriate box on the application. The Travel Study Office will forward the request to the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility. Students will be notified of any Financial Aid award as soon as this information is available.
Aid available to undergraduate students
" Federal Pell Grants (with qualifying expected family contribution)
" UC Riverside Grants for students with grant need
" Federal Direct PLUS Loans for dependent students
Other UC campus applicants will need to request financial assistance from their home campus. These students must adhere to the payment deadlines by paying UC Riverside directly and receiving reimbursement from their home campus Financial Aid Office.
